The other option is to offer white label SEO services to web design agencies. What this means is they handle the web development side of things, and you take care of the search engine optimization work. The perk of this approach is you never have to deal with their clients. Most SEO consultants start here  because all the client-finding work is already done. That leaves them to do what they're best at – ranking sites in Google.
If you are more confident in your skills, you can also market directly to websites and blogs. You can contact the sites by email to market your services. That will also enable you to select the specific types of sites that you are more comfortable working with. Since there are literally thousands of websites and blogs on the web, the potential market is limitless.
Another business that you can start online is real estate / properties rental services. If you are realtor, all you need to do to expand the scope of your target market is to take your real estate business online. The truth is that a larger percentage of those looking for properties to buy or rent would usually search online as against reading through real estate magazines et al. It is easier to take your real estate business online, all you need is a functioning website or even a social media platform to list your properties.
Another pitfall to avoid is over-dependence on a single income source. A good entrepreneur will avoid over-dependence by not letting a single client represent more than 25% of their income. If a single client or customer represents too much of your sales, what happens when they decide to stop doing business? You lose a significant portion of your income.
Focus on the surveys and offers at the top of the list. Here’s a tip not many people know. CashCrate has a special algorithm that automatically selects the best surveys and offers and places them at the top of the list. There are several factors that go into determining which are the “best”, including payout, approval rate, and a variety of other factors. But all you need to know is that these surveys and offers are great, so you can do them in confidence!
Facebook… it’s the social network that we all love to hate. With rising awareness about data protection, politicians having their say, and a day-to-day panic about algorithm changes, just about every digital marketer on the planet has questioned the sustainability of Facebook as a marketing platform. But it keeps on keeping on. Because if your customers are there, then you need to be too.

“You don’t have to appeal to every single person, but if there is somebody or a small group of people that really believe in the content you’re sharing and they find value in it, if you’re actually serving the aspirations that they have, then they will share that with others, they will make that a part of their life. And eventually, having that personal platform allows you to accomplish not only the things that you want for yourself and your family but ultimately the legacy you want to leave in this world.” – Adam Braun

While that’s more the exception than the rule, college consulting is a lucrative business—and it can be done over the phone or video chat. You’ll probably want to have gone to a top-tier college yourself (to “prove” to parents that you know what you’re talking about!) and should have strong writing skills, as college applications rely heavily on personal statements and other essays.
Similar to a YouTube vlogger, if you have a large following on Instagram then you could become an Instagram Influencer. You will be paid to promote products in your photos, from wearing certain clothes to action shots of you using particular merchandise. As your Instagram following grows, you may start out simply receiving freebies in return for a picture of you with the item in the shot. However, for those with followings running into millions, you can expect large payments to display products in your pictures. Use sites like Hype Factory to help connect you with companies prepared to pay for your influence.
Usability testing is a technique used to evaluate a product by letting users try its features for free and record the process while doing it. This usability exercise gives direct information on how real users use a system and shows if its features are user-friendly or perhaps need some work. This type of testing can be used to assess features of websites, apps or various devices.

Research individual companies in your desired niche: If possible, it’s always better to become an affiliate directly with a company (if they have an internal affiliate program), as no one else will be dipping into your commission rate. This is the preferred route for most of the prominent affiliate marketers, including Pat Flynn. Unfortunately, it’s also the most work, as you’ll have to do the research yourself to see who offers programs (they’re usually listed in the website footer).
The marketing automation coordinator helps choose and manage the software that allows the whole marketing team to understand their customers' behavior and measure the growth of their business. Because many of the marketing operations described above might be executed separately from one another, it's important for there to be someone who can group these digital activities into individual campaigns and track each campaign's performance.
A content marketer, for example, can create a series of blog posts that serve to generate leads from a new ebook the business recently created. The company's social media marketer might then help promote these blog posts through paid and organic posts on the business's social media accounts. Perhaps the email marketer creates an email campaign to send those who download the ebook more information on the company. We'll talk more about these specific digital marketers in a minute.
"This common mistake could also be framed as an inspiration/perspiration problem. We’re so inspired by the end result that we forego the process — a lot of which is hard, un-fun work. In turn, we sacrifice the best possible outcome. And this is painful because the solution is retrospectively so obvious: patience. Take time with each new idea; flesh it out; design it fully; have a plan and not just hope."
Digital marketing is defined by the use of numerous digital tactics and channels to connect with customers where they spend much of their time: online. From the website itself to a business's online branding assets -- digital advertising, email marketing, online brochures, and beyond -- there's a spectrum of tactics that fall under the umbrella of "digital marketing."
